Through feats alone, Shikai Kenpachi has way better stats.
Through scaling, BASE Kenpachi is so far above anyone in the verse, it’s silly to even compare the two.

Zero justification that Kaido has better stats generally, you can give Kaido speed. Stack multipliers for Kaido and we can also stack for Kenpachi.

Kenpachi is somewhat comparable to Ichigo in terms of fighting strength. He beats enemies that only Aizen and Ichigo can beat. Wherever Ichigo is, Kenpachi isn’t too far behind.

Kaido can hit him for 10 hours it would do zero damage to him, he gets one shot brutally, as does Big Mom, Prime Whitebeard and any other god tier.
