Doomsday wins. No physical attacks are going to hurt him. He was regenerating injuries incredibly fast to a point where Superman, with the help of a Mother Box, couldn’t do anything to him. He was able to evolve on the spot as well.

. Power Gem Thor fought mainly using physical attacks, meanwhile HP Doomsday was no selling attacks that have shown to one shot Superman or put Superman down on his knees and make him bleed. Thor is shown more powerful as he fought Thanos. The main question is if people believe HP Doomsday can be defeated by Thors physical attacks before he pierces him with poison bones or take him down with striking and strength.
