World war Hulk is armed with the claw of Horus and is wearing Nth metal gauntlets and buckler. Battle takes place in Zion national park no bystanders around..both have morals on
Hulk w/ the claw of Horus vs. Thor w/ mjolnir
If Hulk hit's thor, it's over; it's enough power to knock out Superman in one punch. However, Thor should be able to stay away from him via Mjolnir and blanket the entire planet with electricity; or other insane feats that he's capable of dong. Regardless, it's close; but I'd still go with Thor.

That's totally out of character for Thor,,especially when he fights hulk.
If he's done it before; it's not out of character at all. & With basic knowledge, he would do what was necessary to win and give it his all.
Regardless Mjolnir would hit Hulk a million times a second before Hulk would even have a chance to blink; seeing as it travels a million times faster than light.
Thor would never unleash an attack the could effect the entire planet earth..to many innocents,,and just because mjolnir moves at light speed when he throws if for traveling or one big strike doesn't mean he could repetitively speedblitz with it,,,and it's not even close to a million times FTL

It is, as feats have proven. Also, Mjolnir moves under it's own accord; nothing is stopping Thor from speedblitzing an amped Hulk. Again, as feats have proven,
Thor never fought hulk like that,,he brawls with hulk,,and when has Thor blanketed earth with electricity to get hulk? That would kill millions of innocent people. And when has mjolnir speedblitzed someone at light speed changing directions at a million times the speed of light? Post scans to prove that..every time Thor fight hulk he brawls,,he barely uses his lightening, he fights toe 2 toe
Since this is morals on, Hulk should win, because Thor would engage him in slugfest which would end with Hulk one shotting him like Hawkman did to Superman.

I was going to make a sarcastic comment but CB beat me to it. The point being, you seem a bit off-base here.
People in comics say many things,,that doesn't make it fact,,hulk has beaten Thor just as many times as Thor has beaten hulk

For the record, it was later revealed that Superman faked that KO, but Hulk's natural strength coupled with the force of the entire planet should be more than enough to one-shot Thor anyway.
You're forgetting something.

What am I forgetting?
The guy who wrote it,HE WHO MUST NOT BE NAMED,I dont take anything in that series seriously at all.

Normal Hulk has beaten Thor. WWH with the claw of Horus means Thor is ridiculously overmatched.
this.

If it doesn't one-shot Hulk, why would it one-shot Thor? Yes, I do believe Thor will lose this match, because he will brawl with Hulk, but I don't think Thor will get one-shotted.

Thor has stated before he cant beat hulk in a fight
The same Thor who just fought Serpent, Odin, Angrier (Thing), and had a rainbow gash through the side of his stomach due to the World Tree, but still manged to knock a amped up Hulk with a Mjolnir copy into space? Which part of thisa indicates Thor can't beat Thor? The way Thor said it was like he was being sarcastic.

If your logical, Thor is always holding back and rarely ever doesn't do so. He would throttle Hulk & kill him in one shot. This amplification should equal the odds; but I'm still going with Thor; seeing as he's capable of tanking the weight of two planets and has to much versatility under his belt.

No, it's something called logic.
Holding back occasionally is one thing but hulk has beaten Thor pretty badly I recall him driving mjolnir into his face and really bloodying him something awful..there's a time when holding back just becomes bad strategy,,hulk has durability feats right on par with Thor
If Thor is wanting a fight, Hulk could take this. If Thor is annoyed, or doesn't want to put up with the Hulk, then Thor takes this. Hulk only really stands a chance if Thor is in the mood to fight him, he's defeated the Hulk multiple times in one to two shots when he was not in the mood to fight the Hulk.

Saying Thor will always win because of one instance isn't the best argument,,look how many people hulk beat in WWH that doesn't mean he would always win every fight from than on...he beat sentry to a bloody pulp that doesn't mean he will always win,,which is clear when he shattered every bone in hulks body
@Floopay: Thor has not defeated Hulk multiple times. 2-2 including a suspect win in which he collapsed after the fight while Hulk was still standing.

Doesn't matter if Thor was knocked out. Look at all the punishment he has took before there fight.

I recall Superman faking this K.O. seeing how they beat Captain Marvel and Hawkman and then exchanged places with them in order to break into the white house.
Combining the kinetic energy of earth plus the power of WWH ,,,I'm not so sure Thor or superman could take that,,,Hawkman is nowhere near hulks strength with out the claw..but I won't give my opinion until this thread seems dead
Well I think this ones done,,it appears hulk has taken the majority of votes...I agree with the public consensus,, hulk would give Thor one hell of a fight with the claw of Horus but not stomp. Thanks for all the input
@GypRosetti:
Hulk Annual. The two fight the entire comic on even ground, and then when Thor wants the fight over he one shots the Hulk with a lightning bolt.
And Hulk knocked out Hulk during the Fear Itself story arc in his fight against Nul and Angrir (amped Hulk and Thing), but he came too as he hit planetary re-entry, and as @ThunderGodsWrath, he knocked Hulk into space, and spent the majority of the fight not trying to hurt his friends, while Hulk and Thing were both amped and possessed and going all out, and Thor one shotted both of them once he decided he had to beat them. So I don't think that proves anything.
Hulk was able to break adamantium when he was amped by this hammer, and Thing was also amped by his own hammer, and Thor beat both of them on his own.
As for suspect victories.
Lets not forget Hulk may as well have lost one of his fights as well. He was whining that Thor's hammer was unfair, and even threatened the life of an innocent if Thor refused to put down his hammer. This was in the Mighty Thor fight.
