The god Of Thunder wins.
hulk vs thor
@Clark_EL:Hulk has won the majority of fights,
on paper Thor should win
but due to his CIS and tendency to try to beat hulk in a brawl he will lose cause he keeps using the sucky strategy.
@Clark_EL:No they're not because the OP has to say OOC for it to be
"out of comic fights"
by default they're in character.

@Ultra_Girl_: Wait does Thor have morals in this fight? depending on that it could go either way. If morals are on it could go either way I say Hulk 5.5/10 times. If morals are off Thor takes it easily 10/10 times.
It doesn't matter if morals are on or off
Only if Thor fights smart and fails to jobb is what matters
;)
@Ultra_Girl_: Thor is not stupid...he doesn't use is full power on hulk because he doesn't want to kill him....but......he rushes into a battle like an idiot because he treats hulk as a physical equal and likes to duke it out with him. He also sometimes overestimates his power when fighting mortal threats.
@Clark_EL: 50/50 chance he won't do that
since using range would be thinking tactically when blood lusted and mad enough he will only thinking about smashing hulk, he can't use god blast if he's not focused on taking him out afar,
default comic vine battle rules say range is in close distance and that's why I believe he won't use it.
Said it once ill say it again...hulk FTW...Thor never fights to his full potential, instead of using his MANY assets he tries to overpower and out brawl hulk,,IMO hulk is too much for Thor in a straight up fight

All I can say is Avengers Assemble issue #4, Hulk does Thor in one blow with his own hammer, silly Thor.
PIS.
Hulk wins the proof was given along time ago. It's amazing how fan-boys continue to argue with the proof before there eyes.
Thor wrecks Hulk.
@havoc_heaven: Actually Thor doesnt hold back, if he see's that his opponent really wants this fight then all morals off until there is one left standing. Dont compare a god of thunder to a bitch as alien, that doesnt compute bruh!
@kid_alex93: Thor holds back against hulk tho LOL! he doesn't want to hurt banner or what ever.. And to all the pretensiouse idiots using "planet hulk" and "Hulk vs Thor" movies as a referance, you are illiterate shits! Those are just as good as fan made! Marvel only gives them permission to use their characters.. So yea mther fkers. Thor can just dump the green shit in the middle of a black hole.
Hulk = Donkey dick sucking turbo whore with yeast infection and a bleeding rectum from taking it up the ass with girl hulks hand
The only way for Hulk to win is to physically enhace Thor. And that is if Thor holds back, a serious Thor will be much for Hulk at the begining of the fight.
Thor could easily BFR him, Mega Drain him, one shot him with a God blast, killing by throwing Mjolnir FTL
Hulk wins the proof was given along time ago.
When did this happen?
It's amazing how fan-boys continue to argue with the proof before there eyes.
I suppose this could be argued a number of different ways. Stan Lee was on AMC's Comic Book Men some time ago, and the cast asked him, "Who is stronger, Hulk or Thor?". Stan's response? "When two popular characters like that face off against one another, you have to somehow make it end in a draw." This tells me, 1) Stan is smart enough not to piss off fans of either character, so, at least while he was there, he did the politically correct thing. 2) I know Stan thought Thor was more powerful, but I don't know that he has ever responded regarding their strength. An early issue of Thor (4 maybe?), in the fan mail, a writer asked, "Who is the most powerful hero at Marvel?". He responded without hesitation that it was Thor. 3) Sadly, Stan is no longer with Marvel in an administrative capacity and it would appear Marvel has taken the stance that Hulk is stronger than Thor, but Thor is more powerful. 4) Having said all that, I think it is up to comic book fans to try and read between all the lines with their favorite characters, some of them having 40 plus years of continuity and try figure out what the character is really capable of. That may not always be apparent, but with research and impartiality, it can be done.
My take, is that Hulk is slightly stronger. However, Thor is the more skilled H2H combatant. Additionally, when these two square off, Thor rarely cuts loose and uses all powers at his disposal. If he did, I don't see how Hulk wins. Without Mjolnir, you have a character whose durability is at least as good as Hulk's, and nearly as strong who can fight better. With Mjolnir, he has anti-force, god-blast, weather control along with lightning strikes, hurricane force winds, etc....I think Thor takes this one.
@ghettoswag: LOL, i like you. so all i can say is ; agree to disagree
