Superman wins with none difficulties, Hulk isn't an unlimited force considering anger possess a peak or better said a limit, while there is none real limit of Superman's force gain limit, the same like how much physic strength could Flash pool from the extradimensional Speedforce, Hulk can destroy a planet after reaching a considerable amount of anger but Superman could destroy +200 planets in less than 2 seconds considering The Flash could destroy 5 million planets in less than one Plank instant whenever if being pushed far.
The only one who could counteract Superman's strength is Juggernaut at full Cyttorak who's an unmoveable object, but then again Superman could take a massage therapy from Juggernaut's punches at full Cyttorak while the Juggernaut being clearly susceptible to extradimensional forces defined as magic in most cases.

Gotta give this one to Superman for the veritable curb-stomp. I mean, can you seriously answer in the affirmative that there's anything Hulk could do that Superman couldn't when it comes to strength? Is there something the Hulk could break that Kal-El couldn't? So, strength-wise, they are even at worst. Superman is probably stronger, in fact, but whatever. He could just lobotomize Bruce anyway and remove the thing that allows him to transform - without killing him, which would be the preferred route for the Big Blue Boyscout. Hulk has NEVER faced anything like Superman in Marvel (Thor is close; but lacks the speed and frankly, illimitable strength). Superman has faced something ten times stronger than Hulk in Doomsday - who was an absolute killer right from the start. I mean, the Justice League couldn't even break the bonds that held the guy!!!! It took Superman (Maximia did alright) to finally hurt the creature and , ultimately, kill him. He was NOT killed by Doomsday - he was put into a coma. Superman may very well be unkillable. He may not be able to kill Hulk, but he could incapacitate him forever - deep space launch vs no means of locomotion. Hulk is done.
@linsanel_doctor: LOL right?!? Or, let's take away Hulk's ability to get angry - he can have his baseline strength. Superman curbstomps - and I like Hulk a lot as a character. But here, he's dealing with an incredibly mobile cosmic-level threat in the Big Blue Boy Scout. I predict that Superman puts his sun-lasers on surgical precision, uses his super-brain to locate the appropriate region of Hulk's brain, and lobotomizes the Green Dude back to Bruce Banner forever. And he does it at superspeed - which is a good deal faster than Hulk can heal/regenerate. Hulk vs Superman is like a wolf vs a dog.
A MUCH better fight would be Hulk vs Diana. I think Hulk takes this one.
