I don't really see Surfer putting down that combination with energy blasts and IIRC Hulk has matter manipulation resistance, which leaves only draining. Take WBH's base draining resistance + the shit Nul added + Rulk/Immortal Hulk's draining, I don't really see Norrin draining him since outside of draining base Hulk, Norrin really doesn't have many draining feats, just taking vague amounts of energy from stars.
Those are not even 616 versions of the character and Surfer was amped enough to beat up 2 Thanos on his own and one-shot Cosmic Ghost Rider, The level of stupid you reach in every thread is at least amusing to watch. Did some kid with a Hulk shirt bully you as a child?

I don't think Hulk can win against Surfer as of yet, unless Surfer just decides to use his physicals to fight Hulk and forget everything else which isn't gonna happen. Now Hulk and Surfer are supposedly gonna fight in the Defenders but we will have to wait and see the full extent of that fight and the context around it

With the composite I think he can, but Surfer does decide to use his physicals against Thor and Hulk... just not against anyone else

He does use plenty of energy attacks against them but he tends to use physicals as well, which is honestly purely because Hulk and Thor are the brawling type of characters.
@virtuozzo: The problem is more clear with Thor then Hulk since with Hulk he does tend to use his other abilities more, but when he fights Thor... damn he turns into a brick half the time.

I could see that, but I feel like the combination of the worthy amp + Green Scar's already very impressive draining resist(honestly you can make the case for Surfer not being able to drain WWH), + Immortal and Rulk's own draining resist, I'm not sure Surfer can drain him, unless you're talking about Surfer feeding off the gamma bursts energy which he's done like twice in all his appearances
@kevd4wg: I think i case can be made for Hulk resisting Surfers draining based on the feats Hulk has collected for it especially in modern times, however i meant the gamma burst himself. Surfer maybe did such a thing twice in his career but he wasn't really represented with many opportunities in the first place. There aren't many characters that just ooze energy involuntarily.
It's hard for me to think Surfer wouldn't try to absorb it and Hulk can't stop it because he can't stop the gamma burst unless he powers down from WBH levels.
Giving him Rulk powers however just throws the wrench here, because now Hulk also has the power to absorb cosmic energy... so i don't know how this would go really.
