Actually question, what does MODOK have in his arsenal besides TP?

That's what I'm wondering. I'm pretty sure that's his main ability so he's in a big disadvantage here.

Exactly, cuz I'm pretty sure if you take his TP away hes basically just a giant floating head with appendages xD
EDIT: Just looked him up to be sure and it seems he has some blasting powers and technopathy. IDK if all of that will help him though, Im sure Hulk has taken blasts from stronger opponents.
