I forgot I had the movie, and I concur; they weren't shaking Metropolis. I do see where the confusion was, though. At 00:52:08, both Doomsday and Diana charged each other and struck; there was a camera shake, but evidence shows that there was no damage to their surrounding, no upturned vehicles or shattered windows.
@baldur_odinson: I think they were. The fact that the camera pans out and then shakes was to show the power of the blows, over the generic camera shaking that usually happens in fights, even between normal humans. Though it wasn't powerful enough to do much, much like MCU Hulk's shaking feats

To be honest, they do that in most DC movies when trying to emphasize the power struggle and intensity of the fight. And usually, their surroundings are hella battered. It's just hard to say that for this movie because there wasn't any damage shown from the aftermath of the strike.
Well Batman was convinced Superman could push the moon out of the sky, the same version of Superman this Doomsday killed.
He also withstood multiple club strikes from Flash who was blitzing at faster than lighting speed during their fight. Along with rattling the city during his fights with Superman and Wonder Woman, who no-sell city block busting attacks.
Yes. In the same movie (The Death of Superman) where Diana and Doomsday fought (short clip shown above), both Superman and Doomsday charge at one another. At 00:54:50, Superman catches Doomsday's fist as Doomsday catches Superman's. This actually causes windows on buildings to shatter around them. At 00:55:25, they charge each other again, this time, it created enough force to shake the helicopter Lois Lane and Jimmy Olson were sitting in, half a mile above their fight. However, no other damage was caused by Doomsday and Superman bullrushing.
Wasn't vs Hulk supposed to be able to tear down Asgard? His visuals seem to be consistently better in terms of how much damage he causes when he punches Thor into things (like through a mountain). His camera shaking feats are better, too.

Lol Baldur that was some goat smashing. That said, if we are counting camera shaking, this one looks like his best visual feat though the Hulk is not at his strongest - so scaling seems justifiable. That lightning blast also seemed building level on impact and Hulk took the extended version.

EDIT: NVM that ground smash at 33:35 is sooo much better lol. Hela is also scared of the Hulk destroying her realm too, given time - which is why she calls out Loki for the beast being there in the first place, and wants him out.
There’s also that hulk/iron man movie, and I think there’s a 2MAU movies that make the shows canon to him (AA and Agents of Smash at least) so yea he could stomp
If it's just movies than Doomsday might stomp, with shows involved AA Hulk might stomp depending on how fast he is but I'm pretty sure he could 2-3shot.
Anyway vs hulk definitely solos that dubious WW feat with his own dubious feats. They're not shaking the whole city, lol. Moreover WW wins the collision so it's more her feat than it was DDs

Imo it's already a stomp - vs Hulk has better shaking feats and unlike DD/WW his feats aren't shared, are standalone hits, and moreover he was consistently portrayed as a threat who could tear down entire realms given time.

...what level? I basically typed out exactly what Superman and Doomsday did, which is what Wonder Woman and Doomsday accomplished, just a bit more intense (powerful and destructive). And, additionally, yes... the same thing has happened before in previous movies.
