Disrupt or arrest the flow of gamma particles to Hulk's cells. Probably not enough to revert him into Banner (Adam hasn't shown anything on Silver Surfer's level of matter/energy manip), but enough to keep him from getting stronger than his base stats. Then, it's a matter of disrupting Hulk's motor neurons with a series of well-placed anti-matter blasts to the brain in order to knock him out.
Glad to see WWHulk making a rear guard comeback on this question. So Blue Marvel is a threat to the MOON? Hulk once destroyed an asteroid twice the size of the EARTH, unless I'm mistaken (not to mention I think holding together a full-sized planet that's ripping apart from its core is a far more impressive feat than Watcher calling someone a "moon-buster"). And people seem to underestimate WWHulk's area-based attacks (sonic clap, percussion wave clap, general stomp/SMASH type mile-wide radius destruction stuff) that could easily negate (or at the very least slow down) any speed-based attacks. I'm not saying Blue Marvel would be a pushover, or that he'd lose EVERY TIME. But as a one time question? ALWAYS bet on green!
@jollyranncherr: hulk wins every time. He destroyed a universe just by fighting darkcrawler, he survived a blast that could’ve destroyed multiple dimensions, and held the weight of a dwarf star while being tortured. Yup, best thing blue marvel every did was throw his medal on the moon and almost crack it in half, which even Thor can do.
@chosenone1222: Please. Hulk got stomped on by namor, got KO'ed by Ironman, got his ass kicked by captain America Twice, nearly died from Wilverine. BM 1 shotted Ult hulk. Lifted an astroid bigger than a state>>> any of hulk strength feats. Ability of anti matter, and flight amongst other things and defeated king Hyperion. Hulk is not winning unless its immortalk hulk or World Breaker. CASE CLOSED!
@toratorn: Actually Grey Hulk is strong enough to destroy an asteroid twice as big as the Earth (obviously an easily planetary feat) so he would stomp BM too.
@jollyranncherr: dude none of that has ever happened. What I stated is true. What you said is way below false. Hulk only got stomped by namor underwater. On land hulk beat namor handily. He did have trouble with iron man, but beat him. On top of that hulk was a threat to the avengers....
