I seriously doubt that one shot was consistent, I also find it funny when everyone says "oh my god! It beat superman so it has to beat hulk as well", it's incredibly misinformed, especially when hulk has slightly better durability than supes and a healing factor to boot.

maybe im just not understanding you. Maybe you can rephrase it? The reason the place the lightning IS indeed relevant is because its coming from the planet. From nature. From the Clouds. So its always there. If it were a weapon charged with batteries or something like that, THEN i could see why someone might say its power can deminish.
