No, it's standard Rulk without his draining ability... he's not allowed to use his draining/absorption ability while punching Thor and Hulk here.

While beating on the Thing, she was punching through Sue's shields like they weren't even there... punched through a Celestial, drew blood from Devil Hulk with a sucker punch(Hercules hurt his hand when he tried to do the same), etc... she has been consistently very strong.

Well Hulk has tanked most of the things mentioned here including a punch and an eyebeam from Thanos, although not one after the other.

And has tanked an eye-beam from Phoenix Cyclops, although he looked like he was in a lot of pain.

Thor on the other hand has been KO'd by an eyebeam from Thanos and an eyebeam from Cyclops.

If everyone is trying their hardest, I'd say both stop at 6.

Thor and Hulk can both tank Thanos and both should get out at Cyclops

Don't know why people are acting as if Savage Hulk is significantly more durable than Thor.

Both either stop at 7 or clear, I'm not sure how strong DP Cyclops is.

A couple of direct comparisons between the 2, where Hulk clearly comes on top:

1. Thor vs. Hulk: Champions of the Universe #6: Both Hulk and Thor were hit with the exact same attack and yet Thor was floored and completely immobilized, while the Hulk was able to move through the same energy blast, while at the complete bottom of his anger levels.

2. Infinity #6: Hulk tanked a punch from Thanos with a smile on his face. Thanos hit Hulk so hard that he launched him across an entire town and Hulk got up like nothing happened. Thor on the other hand got casually smacked down right where he was standing... that one punch floored Thor and he struggled to even get back up on his knees, it didn't even send him flying away and Thor never even stood up from it, the punch Thanos did on the Hulk sent him flying through an entire town and the Hulk smiled it off and jumped right back into action.

3. Avengers VS. X-Men #12: Hulk was the only character that Dark Phoenix Cyclops needed to use two attacks, while Thor was one-shotted. Hulk also shrugged off a blast from Emma with half the Phoenix Force.

4. Infinity #6 and Thanos: The Infinity Finale: Thor got taken out for several pages with just a casual eyebeam attack from Thanos and was missing for 12 pages, while Hulk was only floored by it, he tanked an eyebeam and got straight back up.
