Hulk 2099 or John Eisenhart strength never increased when he got Angy in fact 2099 was weaker than 616 Hulk 2099 could transform when he wanted he had control over. Basically 2099 Hulk is just 616 Hulk with better speed and Stamina and razor sharp claws and Fangs that's all and he was a bad guy i would say 616 could beat the sh!t out of 2099

Superman would obliterate all of the Hulks combined
