Hulk (2003) vs Hulk (2008)-Fight

Lets say both versions of these Hulks find each other and get into a fight, based from what we have seen from both movies, who wins?

"I remember talking about this before on this site.  Lets all remember to disregard the movies themselves and plot points, and how they looked. This is about how powerful these incarnations of the hulk are, not which movie you liked more. In strength feats, Bana hulk has the clear advantage. 08 Hulk's strength feats were pretty limited, with the best feat perhaps being tossing the forklift in a flat trajectory with no discernable arc. He also manhandles a car and wrestles around with the abomination, but as far as more measureable feats, (like lifting objects which we can judge the weight of) there is little to recommend him. Spiderman could produce the same feats. 03 hulk slapped that elevator out of the floor, itself very heavy and durable, as a side effect of climbing out of the tube. He also obliterates obstacles that are in his way as he runs by, such as the walls of the office and house. Hulk's ground pound in 03 caused a car avalanche, and in 08 he cracked the roof of a building, but did not really cause too much damage. Also, the chain proved sufficiently durable to withstand him REALLY cranking on the abomination's neck, meaning his strength was not enough to break the chain. And of course 03 hulk threw a tank like 3 miles, and reproduced the super-jumping seen in the comics. Durability:  both hulks take small arms fire without issue. 03 hulk also survives the blast of a cluster bomb, and a tank round, though in both cases he did not take those shots directly. 03 hulk also took a direct burst from the machine gun of an attack jet fighter, while 08 hulk was not hit by the helicopter's mini-gun. He was directly blasted by the grenade launcher during the fight at the college, and took a flaming helicopter to the back.  08 hulk was also beaten near to unconsciousness at several parts in the brawl with abomination.  Rejuvination has to go to 03 hulk hands down. after taking the blast shrapnel from the cluster bomb his shoulder wound healed on the spot. 08 hulk was shown to retain damage from the campus fight for hours afterwards when he was in the cave with betty and also after the fight with abomination.  03 hulk is far and away the more powerful of these two incarnations. "

03 Hulk Much Stronger, Faster, Healing Factor was awesome, Innovative Combatant, Grows in Strength, and Yes it was much closer to the Comic.....still I liked 08 More as a movie.........

It's actually hard to say. 2003 Hulk definitely has the proven feats...however, just because 2008 Hulk did not have the same feats...doesn't mean he's not that powerful.  
Also, being blasted with that sonic cannon and then doing what he did...that's pretty f#(%ing powerful.   "
