How well should Spider-Man do in a random encounter with Doctor Doom

In a scenario where Spider-Man tackled Doctor Doom head-to-head, with no backup or help and Doctor Doom isn't distracted, how well could he actually do?

Should Doctor Doom stomp him immediately? "Casually react to Peter, crush him with one blow. Doctor Doom is used to fighting powerhouses."

Would Spider-Man actually land some hits and make it a good fight?

Or could Spider-Man actually win?

I don't know about "casually react to him" but doom has a lot of ways to end the fight right away. Mainly area of effect attacks.

Doom likely gives Peter a shot or two just to show how weak his punches are, and then proceeds to utterly stomp him. Doom just operates at a different level when it comes to his energy output and power.

In Avenging Spider-Man Doom instantly defeated him with energy that poured in every direction from his suit’s surface, commenting that Peter should be grateful he’s sparing his life. Peter admitted he couldn’t stall Doom for five seconds, that he was insignificant if it came to a fight against Doom and that every time he has triumphed over Victor it has been sheer dumb luck.

Amazing Spider-Man #350 is basically Spider-Man trying everything and failing to even scratch Doom's armor. He ends up running for his life throughout most of the issue.
