How strong would Lapis Lazuli(SU) be in One Piece

Alright so i'm wondering how strong LapisLazuli would be in One piece. So I have set up some questions

• Where you would you rank her in power(Admiral, vice admiral,etc)
• Can she defeat everybody Luffy has fought 1v1
• What buster lvl would you give her(mountain,continent,etc)

If you would like to elaborate please do.

The problem ain't her power ( that "woman" took the entire ocean away for her usage) but her rather vague combat speed feats. She's like the Thor of the Steven Universe ... Universe.

Lapis could solo the verse but she can't beat every character 1v1 in my opinion. As for speed though he water constructs are pretty fast. They were able to lift Steven from earth (ocean floor) to the upper atmosphere in seconds

Tags Garnet who has a lot of impressive speed feats

She doesn't really scale very well to the rest of the verse she is too powerful for anyone in the verse but could be beaten by the right characters which is kind of a contradiction but whatever.

Well... That'd still say a lot about her reflexes.

Additionally, Jasper managed to catch up to a Lapis that was taking flight via sheer reflex(so her combat/reaction speed is comparable to Lapis' travel speed), just to in turn get danced around by Garnet, who is certainly not faster than Lapis' water constructs.

Doing that wonky scaling, her reflexes should be greater, or at least comparable to, her travel speed. She isn't neccessarily going to be the MVP of the One Piece universe(not in character, or without the right battlefield, anyways), but she's still damn fast and powerful.

Her flight speed was impressive, but she could use some more reaction feats.

In terms of power, she has enough water manip. to take on anyone she'd really want to(especially since the ocean water would also nullify their devil fruit powers).

Also could use some more durability.

In a situation where their physical capabilities are near each other, she shouldn't be losing the fight.

Ehh..she'd get blitzed by anybody faster than Water 7 Arc Zoro. Even barring that she can't beat any of the admirals save for maybe Akainu..or Doffy due to his flight and range.

She’s probably stronger than all of the One Piece world. She can probably beat everyone Luffy has fought in a one on one battle But she does have poor durability compared to her AP and speed. She’s multi continental level+, I don’t think anyone in one piece comes close to that, They could speed blitz her though

She is faster than the other crystal gems who have shown hypersonic speed feats, With pearl having a Relativistic+ Reaction speed being able to dodge incoming asteroids while piloting a ship moving at that speed. Lapis created water clones of the crystal gems who are even more powerful than the original gems, and they have no weaknesses. She also survived the gem ship falling from the orbit and exploding giving her at least City level+ durability, No where near her speed and attack power but still. She’s also easily Multi continental using her feat of moving all the oceans of the earth IN A WEAKENED state while fighting the crystal gems. You’re gonna need a top tier of one piece to take her down or at least give her a challenge

It’s not possible to give a definitive answer to this. It would depend on the context. For instance, she can beat some of the Yonko and Admirals, but would lose to less powerful people and some Yonko commanders.

This isn’t dragon ball z, it’s more than just battle power.

But if you want a general idea, I would place her at Yonko commander level or above.
