How Many Nukes Can Jiren Withstand?
This topic is locked from further discussion.
1 kills him.
All of them, providing the radiation doesn't kill him.
all of them
all of them
All of them

@emanresu_20: so Jiren hasn't been exposed to radiation levels far far far above what a nuke can produce when he's flying through space?
Or the fact that KI can form a barrier around the user stopping all forms of poison and affects to get to the person
@jashro44: these threads just encourage trolling
1. There is no evidence that he has. To experience radiation levels like that he would have fly extremely close to stats which we have never seen him do
2. He has to tank it meaning he’s not defending himself at all.
@emanresu_20: ermmm yes we have, we have him on panel travelling ffrom galaxies to galaxies
Even not near stars there's radiation levels far far far higher in deep space than in a nuke
Ermmm that is tanking it, but ok keep going on with your false logic
Not to mention that radiation from nukes is overrated on this site
Sure humans die from it but sometimes it takes decades, itirradaites the land for a long time but it's never at extremely high levels, even being in close proximity will leave you with radiation sickness and perhaps progressive cancer by compared to being in space it's minimal seeing as there's no atmosphere to protect you from solar radiation that is literally thousands of times stronger
Assuming that he’s immune to the radiation and immense heat, there would never be enough nukes to even scratch him.
People don't seem to understand that the lethality of radiation would have no bearing on superhumans who routinely shrug off things as energetic as ones capable of wiping a planet clean from the universe.
When energy reaches those levels, the thought of radiation (which itself is a form of energy) being effective becomes a joke.

@thewatcherking: He has flew through space on panel.
He's immune.
@chaos239: resistant, not immune. But if he can survive the conditions of space, nukes specifically shouldn't produce enough radiation to kill him. But then again i'm not sure, @sirfizzwhizz due to his knowledge on godzilla and science and whatnot should be able to help out here regarding radiation.
Someone needs to edit this gif and instead of "10" put "L"
@thewatcherking: He has flew through space on panel.
He's immune.
Did he fly close to any stars? If so can I see the scan of it?
@thewatcherking: you do realise that he doesn't have to be close to stars to be involved with huge amounts of radiation? There's no atmosphere in space to filter out the radiation
So it doesn't bare any relevance, the energy is greater near a star but in deep space especially between solar systems it dwarfs any nuke's radiation output several million times over

I'm no expert on radiation but it's not like gamma/x-rays(the most powerful forms of radiation) carry on throughout space indefinitely due to having very short wavelengths. In fact gamma rays in particular only make it to the cornea of the sun,so if Jiren was in space and was not near any stars then it's likely that any radiation he was hit with wasn't as powerful as you would think.
