It's true, tho, that Steve was never even KO'd by any of the attacks listed above, but according to this calc, Sandman's punches would need to have a potency of 45kg of TNT to shake a city-block. That's like 10 times more powerful anything Steve has ever tanked.

So, consistent-power Steve is in coma for the rest of his life after getting 90% of his bones crushed.
