How many 616 Captain Americas does it take to beat 1 EG Captain America?

EG Captain America has his shield and Mjolnir.

616 Caps only have one shield each.

No holding back.

Comparing MCU Cap's best to Cap's standard level in comics.

Assume open area and 20 m apart

Mjolnir makes it harder, but 616 Cap's shield has cut guys far tougher than anything in the MCU and he's way faster, so it's more like how many MCU Cap's does it take to kill 616 Cap.

I believe MCU Cap has the durability of MCU Thor so all of them I guess.

@rbt: I think people who say that either do not count Mjolnir or simply don't think it increases his stats (which I do not agree with). If the former is the case, one should be enough. But yeah, if he indeed has Thor's stats, then not even an army would be enough.

@tonymartial: Phase 1 Thor would get knocked out by thanos as well. It’s quite clear that Thor got plenty of buffs since phase 1 don’t be real ridiculous. His durability is much higher than phase 1 now.

I mean, I know EG Cap totally outclasses 616 version in strength and durability, but he's slower, and would be immensely hard for him to put them down due to their shields. I feel like 4 should be able to stalemate him, but I don't know about winning.

Cap looked way better than normal once he had Mjolnir. I don’t know about MCU Cap taking down any 616 Caps, but to take him down without too much trouble I think we’ll need 3-5 616 Caps.

Hell, even if he does manage to get a hit Rogers will just block it with his shield.

All you need is 1 Cap and 1 hit to the back of the head.

616 Cap would never bypass MCU Cap’s durability with Mjolnir.

There is no evidence to suggest that he got Thor's stats when he got Mjolnir.

Mjolnir can track Quicksilver so it will have no problem hitting Steve if he throws it. And even if he did dodge it he wouldnt expect it from behind.

The amount of 616 rogers that mjolnir steve would maul on is funny and saying one 616 steve would beat him is pathetic.

I just showed you scans of his shield taking a hit from King Thor and you're comparing it to that? Lmao. And it's not like that's the only instance his shield didnt such a thing, as it stopped a punch from Immortal Hulk :

Yes he does and there is so much evidence supporting he does its silly to say otherwise.

1. The whole mantra of the hammer is whoever is worthy has the powers of Thor.
2. That's the way it works in the comics the MCU is based on so Occam's razor would suggest we assume it works the same way.
3. In Ragnarok it was explained that Thor's lightning never originated from Mjolnir yet Steve was shooting lightning.
4. Steve was hurting Thanos with shield bashes and knees.

Likewise it just wouldn't make sense that cap with his mjolnir strikes could hurt thanos if he didn't have the powers of of Thor. Thor with mjolnir has hit people like hulk and they have been just fine taking mjolnir to the face from someone with thor's strength. We also have the fact Cap could lift stormbreaker which the Russo's claimed would require Thor level strength to wield.

I don't remember Thanos "instantly knocking out Steve" except that one scene he jumped on Thanos back but Thor was also knocked out in the same scene by Thanos. So it doesn't really prove anything.

Not sure what scene your talking about. I just rewatched the final battle online and I never saw Cap get overwhelmed by fodder.

@king-ragnar: That was either a one-off or not actual dodging. It is unreasonable to assume people like Daredevil and Captain America can dodge lightning. If Rogers (MCU) tries to use lightning, it will definitely hit 616 Rogers and one shot him. Unless the former makes it obvious by creating clouds first, which would allow him to aim dodge. I'm not sure how 616 Steve is suppose to beat MCU Steve with Thor's stats.
