Not trying to be rude but how is it a random encounter when Bruce has 2 hours of prep? And what's the point of prep when he only brings standard gear and only gets basic knowledge on Cap?

Ignoring the prep since it seems out of place with the rest of conditions, I say Batman could last under a minute, probably 35-45 seconds. So he won't last long enough to receive help.

With prep it depends on how much prep time he had in the movie. If it took a few hours for him to prep for Superman, then he could solo. If the prep/training montage covered at least a day then I'm not sure if he'd be able to do something substantial and would probably lose before getting help. Manipulating the environment like he did wasn't covered in the montage (seems like it would've taken a few days or was already prepped for a while back) nor makes sense to do considering the random encounter condition so I didn't take it into account.

Loses all rounds. Prep makes no difference if he can only bring standard gear. Basically all he can do is sit in the Batcave for two hours and dread the beating he's about to receive.

Im not positive dceu batman has shown us enough to where 2 hrs of prep will give him the advantage here. @mrmonster might have batman's best solution here, which is to avoid until the big guns come in. No need for round 3, once WW arrives the game is over. Outside of that, he wont win if batman decides to actually engage cap.

Cap beats brakes off the Bat. Why does he get prep in a random encounter?

I doubt anything Bat's has can do damage to Captain America's Shield which tanked Thor's Hammer. But seeing as this Batman could dodge and survive against a suppressed Supernan and a mindless bloodlusted Doomsday he should do just fine against Captain America.

Without prep cap stomps real hard and within 5 minutes, with prep batsy last ten minutes and cheers his back up though round one cap should leave after beating batsy cause Diana would lol stomp

Prep means he should come armored.

Armored Bats holds him off; then Diana stomps Cap.

Non-Armored Bats could POTENTIALLY hold off Cap if he wasn't going his hardest. Then WW stomps.

Determined Cap beats Non-Armored Bats in 5.

No prep: Bruce dies 6/10, the other 4/10 he makes it until WW gets there and kills Cap.

2 hour prep: Bruce wins like 8/10.

Won't need to wait 30 minutes, because WW will cut Cap in half within two seconds.

Batman loses all rounds.

Cap is much faster, much stronger, much more durable and regenerates faster. Bat goes down quick, as quick as would an average human go down fighting Bat. The gap between Cap and Bat is greater than a gap between Bat and an average Joe.
