How is Martian Manhunter's heat vision compared to Hyperion's?

Well Post-Crisis, his "heat" vision easily matched Supermans and destroyed Fernus so there's that.

Martian Manhunter's is better.

Idk per-say but Hyperion's optic blast usually look more impressive.

Hyperion has some pretty impressive showings with HV. Dont' know all of MM, so not saying whose is better.

Martian Vision is psionic in nature, not thermal.

Apparently in post crisis his Heat Pulse rivalled the birth of a star in JLA Scary Monsters #6 in tandem with superman. I just found out about this and haven’t seen this feat in any respect thread so it may not be canon not sure.

@strike3: I'm not sure, his Martian vision is not quite exactly like Superman's which is used to melt things. I've seen him using his Martian (heat) vision together with Superman to melt into the earth's core, like here for example:
