purely mimicry? probs Synch. He has power recall, can copy their power and skill, and isn't limited to mutants (Hope is iffy on that end). Pretty sure he even copied the God Symbiote/king in black shit from Venom.

This new omega-level stuff is confusing wasn’t it stated he’s omega-level after being reborn but Hope has omega-level power mimicry? unless it’s like a Jean and Quire thing?

Hope's power is "Omega Power Manipulation".

She's a power manipulator so strong that she can copy, shut off and amplify powers.

Synch is just a mimic and while they THOUGHT he could be turning into an omega level mutant they later found out his powers had a downside where his recall caused his body to age drastically.

As far as who's a better mimic?

Hope's only consistent limitation is that she doesn't have recall.....

Synch's limitation is that he can't fully mimic Hope....

Outside of that, Synch is better on paper since the powers he copies are often stronger then who he copied them from.....but as Hope is an Omega Power Manipulator, it's hard to say whether she won't ultimately outpace that as well.

Hope copies, Synch copies + gets a slightly better version of their powers. Also the above goes though extra comparisons
