Homura Akemi vs. Zeedmillenniummon (Puella Magi Madoka Magica vs Digimon)

Conditions:

• This is Devil Homura and Composite Zeed.
• Both are In-Character.
• Standard equipment for both Zeed and Homura.
• Homura and Zeed do not have knowledge of each other and do not have prep-time.
• The fight takes place in Kamihama City (Magi Records)
• Zeed and Homura start out 1km apart.
• Win by any means necessary.

Inb4 Bossmountain Zeed wank.

We know that Zeed and Homura are both in control of an infinite multiverse with infinite timelines, but there is 2 (one for sure reason) Homura wins. Homura can instantly absorb someones powers the moment she touches them. This has even worked when she was a mere MG and absorbed the power from an infinite multiversal being (Goddess Madoka). She should be able to do this to Zeed and win (perhaps even further evolve herself by doing it). This method even works against wanked 11-D Zeed.

The other argument is that Homura is 5-D. I say this because in some trashy cringe side story series in another timeline, the characters gain infinite power, yet are logically below Goddess Madoka and Demon Homura. This would make Homura 5-D then. So Homura would just whip out her Beretta handgun and blow Zeed away if that's the case.

Homura wins either way.
