Definitely Scarlet Witch. I even think the normal version of Wanda could beat Darkseid; if Darkseid used his Omega Beams, Wanda could make them backfire on Darkseid with her hexes. She can make the impossible, possible, so I think she could beat him.

Darkseid's omega effect will cancel her mysticism, while he telepathically fries her mind!

Soulfire Darkseid? FC Darkseid? I don't really see a standard version winning.

Scarlet witch is not omni-versal nor universal, she never was. Her warping was planetary, not universal. Since we are talking about HOM Scarlet Witch, I would give it to Darkseid. Since as we saw, she was barely keeping it together, playing with her imaginary children. Not even having the will to fight, she was pretty much a sobbing mess throughout the whole story. In this state she is no match for Darkseid, he blitzes her and crushes her skull between his fingers. Or he manipulates her mind in some way or another.

Not a fan of HoM Wanda and believe her to be a low level reality warper, but is nonetheless a reality warper. She takes it with ease.

@alancoralo: I've only read house of M, but no, I don't really read comics anymore. Though assuming bendis would restrain himself with characters was foolish on my part. I guess she could affect the multiverse.

If her feats in AvX are applicable, I'd say she wins here considering she seemed stronger in HoM, and in AvX she was making the Phoenixes look like chumps until Cyclops was 1/2 Phoenix Force.
