I'm sick of the same names (naruto, mori, Sasuke, goku etc.) . These two guys are just as good or even better than some popular h2h fighters here.

Who would win?

Hit stops time and one-shots. Putting Hit in a stats equalized fight is unfair.

That's really not a fair fight. Even disregarding all of Hit's assassination techniques, his Time-Skip is still more than enough to wipe the floor with Gai.

How is this fair? Hit doesn't even need his kamui hax to win.

Guy can boost himself to be physically superior to Hit,but as soon as things go dangerous it's Time-Skip and Game Over

Hit pretty easily since he has time skip and time cage hax, while Guy relies almost entirely on brute strength, speed and stats.
