@causeimbatman: Yeah. You see what is happening with Banter.
Heroes VS Villains Scenario (Ongoing)
@major_hellstorm: Discover as in they're in disguised or we just have to physically find them? I'm curious.
Advancement 1: SupermeGeneration
You witness the tiny details of your hideout, the small cracks and marks. While listening to the quietest sounds, the creak of the wood and the dripping of water, the chatter of people. Nothing interests you.
@god_vulcan: Find them.
@major_hellstorm: chatter of heroes? I’m a villain.
@zetsumoto: @major_hellstorm:(What's Zets' character's name? Also here is a feat for her sensory range. I'm not trying to look for anything in particular. If she misses Jucas for example I'm fine with that.)
Nicole nods to both of them before walking out of the room. Even though it had been a few minutes Excel's machines were still rattling off all of the known types of energy she could process. She does one quick fly around the city at a speed just under the speed of sound. While she was happy to be let off after an easy day of work, she felt the need to take one last look at the city to make sure nothing was amiss before heading home.
@god_vulcan: Find them.
Ok.
@primez0ne: Unknown. I think that is his name, that or Zets mean he didn't know yet.
@major_hellstorm: Just realized that on my nemesis's profile that we both picked villains, is he gonna be forced to switch or what?
OOC: Alright my arch-nemesis has made his first advancement so I’ll make my second.
After patrolling the streets surrounding the bank, Blast relises with a sense of boredom how secure these streets are. “What idiotic criminal would attempt something here?” he whispers to himself. Giving up on his fruitless endeavors Blast heads to the HQ.
@gilgameshthepimptoendallpimps: Nuts nuts, coconuts. You were listed as hero by accident. But it's cool. Villains can fight villains anyway, this could be interesting carry on.
@major_hellstorm: Can I steal my pencils now?
Advancement 2: Callmeblast
As you get back, you find that HQ is already asleep. Asides from the operator.
@jucaslucasa: Sure. In fact Prime posted twice. Although, I am getting tired now so post fast. Please.
@major_hellstorm: Nicole becomes cautious and stays on her guard. She flies stealthily closer in hopes of not immediately revealing herself. She tries to get close enough to get a good idea of what is happening before making a move.
(What does she see and does she recognize anyone in the battle?)
@major_hellstorm: I'll get in through a window and get some pencils anywhere I find them.
After killing the weapons dealer, Nemo took flight and headed to see the Cartel, deciding he must take a new job in order to buy clothes to blend into civilian areas as well as new gear for higher profile kills. He reported his success to the Cartel head directly, in hopes of receiving a new high-risk, high-reward mission.
I have killed the rival weapons dealer. Who next needs to die?
@primez0ne: Those pencils shall be your doom.
@primez0ne: You got real low standards hey?
@major_hellstorm: Response
You wake up hours later, as the sun rises, in the same location you fell. You fell better than you did before but you hear a feint sound of foot steps near by.
Detection check.
Thinking to myself it'd be unnecessary to involve in needless conflict (that doesn't benefit me) I decided to slump back into a shadowy corner and observe. As the footsteps drew closer, I realized that I could seize the chance to make a connection, depending on who it is.
After ducking into the nearest pile of trash/behind wall/around tree or light pole (or literally anywhere) to conceal myself, I activate the sharingan and wait for the approaching character to come into view. I've made up my mind. If they seem hostile, or are a hero, I will wait them out or combat them if forced too. If they are a Trainer or other person of interest, I will greet them with constructive intentions.
Regis
Regis sitting in his underground bunker on his throne thinks of the methods he will to stay in power. With the raise in activity of superhumans Regis will need to stay ahead of the curve. Leading him to ponder for a few hours. His first thought are to get rid of the hero's all together they are a group united against common enemies. No doubt he will eventually be on that list. But that takes too much time so he reconsiders. So why not stomp out heros and villains that could oppose him. Simple enough but that's just whack a mole and Regis won't settle for temporary power. He wants an empire that spans globe and persist through the millennia. Then the thought strikes him he should build the biggest information network known to man. It should be known that kingdoms rise and fall on what they know or info they lack. And with all knowledge at hand Regis can build kingdoms and topple them.
So Regis calls for his researchers, four of his men who are gifted in engineering. As they enter the room he greets them as Alvis, Chance, Muse, & Vision. Regis tells them of his plans to build a supercomputer able to tap into all of the city's communication. Then giving them the task of finding the materials so he may collect them. Ordering them to split up and scout the city but only observe the locations noting their potential for equipment.
.
TL;DR What locations does my guards find for equipment?
Advancement 3: Primez0ne
You see the rookie Police Captain fighting off 15 armed thugs, seemingly without trouble.
Although as you watch cautiously, you spot a sniper at the distance, aiming his gun at the Cap.
Advancement 2: Jucaslucasa
As you enter though a window you feel a cold, sharp piece of metal touch your back.
@major_hellstorm: What's up with you and female gilgamesh captains?

Advancement 1: Elijah
You are given a mission. You must find and kill a police officer named Robert Patterson, if you succeed you will earn 500 credits.
@major_hellstorm: I don't know how to feel about that image. One the one hand it looks nice, but one the other.....well just look at my name and you should know the confusion.
@jucaslucasa: What's up the the WBNs? It's the same W O R L D.

You mean hentai? And apparently not even the good ones.
@major_hellstorm: "Damn, haven't been ambushed like that since 2003. Just want pencils dude, no need to fight."

That's actually ecchi. Hentai is explicit porn.
@primez0ne: Broski, this is just the same world.
@major_hellstorm: How many officers?
@god_vulcan: I know the difference. It was a joke.
@god_vulcan: I know the difference. It was a joke.
Lol
Advancement 3: Jucaslucasa
You feel the blade press closer then you hear the man holding the blade speak. "Get out of here. If you really are here for something as dumb as pencils then you shouldn't waste your life for them."
@major_hellstorm: I come closer to hear what the man is saying when suddenly- I see a woman. I watch the proceedings and as the werewolf readies himself in an offensive manner to the woman,I go to the man - still with my invisibility - to interrogate him and see who he is and release knockout gas(Detective Comics Vol. 2 #40) from my utility belt. I follow up with multiple punches and kicks with an 50,000 electric shock(Nightwing Vol. 1 #14) from my utility belt. Now with all these attacks stopping him from holding his breath, the knockout gas finishes him off while I was beating him. Then I watch the woman and the werewolf.
To show how Bruce’s punches and kicks can hurt Killer, Daredevil(my body) managed to make Kingpin bleed and the kick sent him flying hard enough to damage a metal door.
@major_hellstorm: Mashin is sitting down on the chair thinking to himself how he's going to earn some doe and for once clean up the place, All of the sudden the phone rings next to him on the table in the right hand corner.
Out of curiosity decides to walk up to the phone, Mashin believes that the person calling is one of his co-workers he previously worked with "Eh, I sincerely hope it isn't what I think it maybe".
He then answers the phone to find out what's on the other side.....
Advancement #1
Something smells funny.
I've been waiting for two hours and my contact is a no show, I was looking to pick up some heavy munitions and hopefully get some idea on what's going down in the criminal underworld. Now a man who deals in *ahem* less than legal wares, no showing a meeting may not seem unusual but I had it on good authority that this guy could be trusted. I don't like this, not one bit.
I take one last look around and mutter a curse to myself before giving up this whole idea as a waste of time. I take to the air and head southward (to the cluster of unmarked buildings on the map). Maybe I can find out what happened to my contact.
Nemo waits until night to carefully sneak into the neighborhood district where he then starts some buildings on fire with his lightning by hitting transformers and generators, causing explosions and fire that the local law enforcement would have no choice but to respond to.
Police and firemen will arrive on the scene, but Nemo can stay hidden from them until he spots Patterson as he has Deathstroke's level of stealth who has successfully hidden around the corner from none other than Superman as well as having ghosted him.
Once he arrives, Nemo can abduct him just as Slade once did to Wally West in broad daylight with the rest of the Titans all around, which you can see here. If for some reason this plan fails, as in too many heroes arrive at the scene, Nemo, between his stealth and flight, will ghost the area. While the police are still tending to the neighborhood, Nemo will cause a major power outage at the police station, gathering info on Patterson during the blackout, such as his home address. This is doable because Nemo has a mantis shrimp's eyes, the most complex visual system in the animal kingdom, allowing him to see clearly in pitch-black environments.
If Nemo can't abduct him in the neighborhood district, he will do so at Patterson's own house before muting him by cutting his throat deep enough to sever his vocal cords, but not so much as to let him bleed out. He will bring Robert to the head of the cartel alive just in case he wants to get any information out of him, before finally targeting and electrocuting his heart and temple specifically, leading to an unavoidable and completely instantaneous death.
This was too easy--I get it, I'm new, but I want you to know that I'm not someone to be sent after a mere police officer, much less one as close to retirement as Robert Patterson. Should we ever decide to meet like this again, I will be expecting a more challenging target, as well as a higher payout for my services.
Nemo will then suggest that the head of the cartel keeps their business strictly between the two of them, and that they only ever meet in his office or equally discreet and untouchable locations as to never be found out or spied on. No phones or anything, they will simply find each other.
Weather Man (post 1 - with song)
He stuck in the shadows of his room as he was trained to do so long ago. There were no blinds on the window masking the eerie glow from the outside. There wasn't much of anything to be honest, outside of the rats and beetles that become numb to even him. He had grown accustomed to these dwellings - those long winters in Sarajevo, the hot summers in Beirut. He could remember the sheer humidity in Somalia. He was trained to blend in, to disappear. He was good at that. Always was.
He peered outside, his head remaining covered by the dwelling. Just a couple of thugs trying to make a name for themselves. He was here for the bigger assignments. The ones you don't hear about.
THUD
He barely noticed the flash of light penetrate the room. Probably because his vision went dark once the blast exited the back of his head as he toppled down onto the ground. He himself couldn't hear the thud from the distance up high in the sky, but he could see the blood begin to pull where his head rested.
The storm was here. No regrets. Just the mission. No one to identify the shooter. No fingerprints on the scene. Just a dead body. That was the Weather Man's reputation. Now he just waited for his next assignment.
