Hard to say really...

Lex Luthor will be dead within the first 5 minutes of the fight.

But the again if Parasite touches all three Marvel boys he'll be stupidly overpowered.

Hard to say but i'm giving the edge to the Revenge squad, parasite gives them an edge here.

Team 2 Bizzaro may be a moron, but he can take anyone on the other team, same with parasite.

Revenge squad stomps. Bizzaro or Parasite can solo, not sure about Luthor.

Bizarro strength feats which make him stronger than anyone on team 1?

Parasite is the Amin factor for DC lex will go down first. Bizarro really isn't all that great either but he's tough. Hyperion also falls first for his team. Herc should be able to tango with bizarro relatively evenly. UWThor vs parasite is the real battle here. Thor has the ability to beat him but without prior knowledge on. Parasite he's likely to touch Thor and then eventually take him out so I'd edge team DC for this one.

Team DC. Luthor will probably be one shotted but Parasite and Bizarro are enough to take down the Marvel team. Despite the lack of strategic thinking, Bizarro is powerful enough to deal with anyone on the Marvel team and Parasite is usually beaten only by prep, strategy or BFR and none of the Marvel team will be able to outstrat Rudy before he absorbs enough power to overpower them. Even the entire League almost lost to Parasite in Justice League of America #1.
