Yeah Hellboy is closer in strength to Spider-Man and even durability wise, besides his one hand.

Hellboy, but barely.  I don't know much about the right hand of doom though except its powerful.

The thing wins this one.

Hellboy takes this with a slight margin. His demonic powers + a badass gun (could pierce thing's skin) are the benefactors

If this is to the death, thing can't even kill Hellboy, he's come back (multiple) before, from death.
