Hellboy vs Blaze Ghost Rider (No Fire Crown, No Zarathos)

Hellboy has none of his amped hell crown crap. No Zarathos mode feats for Blaze. Who wins?

Use this since many cannot tell Zarathos feats from not Zarathos.
