Firstly it doesnt say the battle takes place in Hel, no reason to believe it does, and Hela isnt a skyfather. I know there has been couple of statement made in that regard but Odin's raven humiliated Hela in Hel, that should be proof enough to suggest she certainly isnt skyfather level.
However Hulk is unlikely to win, Hela has rather easily restrained Kurse, who is likely stronger than Hulk.
Part where Hela shows her superiority to Kurse, is from Thor 488 (note : when distracted Kurse does manage to break free of the bond, but Hela actually just lets him go because he wants Malekith)
Odin demonstrating his superiority to Hela is from Thor 190, where he pretty much 1 shot kills her

She tried it later too but Hulk resisted it, so he's more resistant to it than he was before, but i doubt very much he could resist Hela in her own realm.

Is that even the 616 universe? It looks like it's from Marvel's All Ages line.
Her death-magic have been shown to submit/one-shot the likes of fine and fine and even effect Odin to some extent, she should win without too many problems. Plus, aside from one particular low-showing in Simonson's run, physical attacks haven't been shown to affect her much.
Hela stomps. She has restrained Kurse (Who's stronger than Hulk) with ease and aside from a few low showings, Physical attacks aren't that effective against Hela

I'm not familiar with hela's other abilities but isn't her most potent one (Death control) kinda irrelevant here?

Is that consistent for her physical strength? Didn't thor near beat her to death? Recently she hasn't been too impressive either, alternate moondragon took her out for a couple pages with one attack and unworthy thor oneshotted her with a lighning bolt.

It depends how we judge her feats consistently as she should be able to take majority wins with her high end feats but lately Jason Aaron etc seem to write her as beneath Thor etc. I find it funny how people said Odin killed her with one attack like if Zeus could've killed Hulk with a thought but decided to punch him into oblivion instead as Odin/Zeus would do the same to Hulk or Hela with ease.
@hellionvulcan: He doesn't have 5 times stronger strength than Thor, first of all. At max, Kurse is slightly more than twice as strong and durable as Thor. Show me his strength feats, not character statements. Hulk doesn't need to surpass anything for a featless character. Kurse literally only fights Thor and it's a close battle. Hulk stomps Thor if serious, it's not close

Kurse has been amp'd twice and each time it was by two times Thor so he is four times stronger than Thor so that means that Kurse at base is still stronger than Thor and Hulk at base level, Literally dented The Destroyer helmet with a single blow, Almost killed Beta Ray, Tore half of Hela's realm apart, his fights with Thor (and Jane foster) speak for themselves, Defeated Heimdall, Lifted with one hand steel beams etc after he was buried beneath a large buildings rubble,, Kurse has feats but limited appearances but that doesn't suddenly make Kurse weaker than Hulk or Thor. I think Thor and Hulk's record is pretty much split even and a serious Thor can use the godblast which would kill any Hulk.
