Hela all rounds.

Bruce had better stats than the mercs in the warehouse and still got tagged several times and would have died if not for his gear.

Hela actually has more skill feats...which says a lot.

With all stats equalised I don't see her being able to use her skill here.

She relied on gymnastics and she had an amazing weapon spamming power which helped her.

Her only other skill feat is keeping up with Thor and Valkyrie both of which are not as skilled as Batman.

In R1 I'd say Bruce wins due to better skill.

In R2 Bruce stomps.

With full gear he can eat all of her hits and the sword isn't cutting him if he's actively trying. He took a backhand from Superman which destroyed a side of a car so I don't see Hela hurting him with her punches and I don't think she'll be able to put him down before Bruce does so.

In R3 Hela one shots with ease.

Hela win because healing factor / Stat equal does not mean she no have power or is a human normal.

1-Bats; Hela's super-agility, "damage ignorance" (for lack of a better term) and strength being equilized, Batman is left with the skill advantage.

2- Still Bats, more easily.

3- Bats again, but he's got to blow up Asgard first, in pretty much the same way Thor did and liberate big Surtur. But if Hela's got him first, he's absolutely toast. He still gets a better chance at it than Supes, though.

Hela has a thousand years is expirence she wins the first two rounds. Batman beat Superman with prep, he takes the last round.

1. Hela's skill feats are mostly relate to sword combat but she did show some great defensive skills against Thor on the Bifrost Bridge. I'll say it could go either way.

I don't quite understand. How exactly is one stronger/more durable in a stats equalized fight? They would be equal under these circumstances and under normal circumstances Hela is at least tens of thousands of times stronger than Bruce.

Shut up. Hela is a woman. Batman is stronger.

Hela's combat experience is at the least, a few thousand years, so she'd win each round. Batman maybe the prep round.

Logically, Hela should be the better fighter, considering she’s had a millenia of combat experience, but based off feats, Batman is the better fighter. Hela wins prep round, but Batman wins first 2.

@richubs: MCU Thor, without his hammer mind you, is a terrific hand to hand combatant. Like ridiculously good. He only gets outperformed in h2h by Loki who was outperforming cap. He wasn’t even hard using his stats against him.

MCU Thor is more of a brawler than a super skilled dude.

His only noteworthy skill feat would be taking on those SHEILD agents which looks great on paper however the choreography of that fight was so terrible. It didn't even look like they were agents and neither did Thor.

All of them looked a bit drunk honestly.

Stat equal does not mean delete power / bat man can't hurt healing factor her.

When he went against 4 other humans it was pretty clear he was showing good skill.

He has specific gear which allowed him to get tagged and yet not get hurt I don't see what's so wrong to abuse it sometimes.

He still beat 4 mercs alone and that's pretty insane.

To be fair, Batman had the most competent fodder. They all took more than one hit and didn't fight him one at a time.
