Darkseid , H'els going to be one of those characters Superman inevitably beats against Darkseid who is has been set up as a team effort.

Darkseid, out of spite cause I'm tired of seeing him pop up everywhere. He'll probably be beat soon anyway...

This is tough.H'el has some amazing feats.Darkseid as well.I can see how one could win over the other but when I think about it.I would give it to H'el.

What if H'el transform into a Legendary Super Kyrptonian? He would literally make Darkseid his bitch.

I don't see how H'el can beat Uxas or vice versa. Stalemate IMO.

The guy is stronger and tougher than Superman by a big enough margin, unlike Darkseid who is roughly equal to Superman, and that's not taking into consideration HAX powers of H'el like atomic manipulation, DNA destabilizing, telepathy and etc...

In Orgins, Darkseid one-shotTed Superman with Omega Beams. After recovering Superman was unable to fight Darkseid alone and nended Flash, WW, Aquaman & Lantern just to move him into the boom tube.

Darkseid busted a planet just fighting High Father, Superman fighting Hell only cause tremors.

Beat Val Zod, Powergirl and amped Alan Scott.

Has other Haxs powers like size altering, telepathy, shock waves, dimension traversing.

New 52 Darkseid's powers are magic based due to the fact that his power comes from stealing it from Old Gods. Supes being one-shotted by magic is not impressive. And PG who is also kryptonian was outright tanking those beams just fine, she had no damage on her whatsoever, just drained from solar energy.

Other than that, even his bios place him as Superman's equal, as well as other bios like Mongul's, and statements.

After recovering Superman was unable to fight Darkseid alone

Superman didn't recover, he was being tortured on Apocalypse, and was on his knees, he had no time whatsoever to recover, he is not Wolverine after all, it takes hours for Supes to properly recover. And even then he still managed to stall Darkseid.

Already weakened by Omega Beams, Superman gets tortured/harmed by Apokoliptian tech, which makes already weakened Superman even more weak, in Justice League #6, pages 8, 9, 13 and 14.

As you can see Superman is still not recovered, and he immideatly goes into battle against Darkseid and does quite well, in Justice League #6, pages 15 and 16.

Now if you look at page 16, panel 1 and 2, you can see they go physical and seem rather equal, and then Darkseid uses a bearhug.

Darkseid busted a planet just fighting High Father, Superman fighting Hell only cause tremors.

Darkseid never busted a planet, the planet was fine, it was only damaged on surface.

The world destroyed was just a metaphor ie hyperbole, because it was explained in other comics that the planet they fought on wansn't destroyed, but actually was simply damaged on surface and upon the skies of that world (which is called Genesis by the way) New Genesis was created, which is BTW a city in New 52.

So basically Darkseid damaged the surface of a planet alongside Highfather. And that planet is actually as big as Apokolips...............

To recap Darkseid and Highfather damaged the surface of a moon sized planet, yeah Supes can do that by himself rather easily.

Beat Val Zod, Powergirl and amped Alan Scott.

Beating Val Zod is unimpressive, he is the weakest the kryptonian.

Power Girl was outright no selling his omega beams which are magic, and was matching him blow for blow, but she lacked stamina (her solar energy dries up, at least that's consistent with her), even then she was still giving Darkseid a hell of fight.

Earth 2 World's End #25, page 5

As you can see DS fires omega beams (which are MAGICAL) to PG, and manages to stagger her a bit.

But in the continuation of their fight, you can see that those omega beams didn't do any large damage, and that PG outright stalemates Darkseid in physical department for some time.

DS fires omega beams, then PG makes Darkseid's eye bleed and uppercuts him, and then DS again omega beams her, it seems that finally he was finally getting advantage in the fight. though not easily.

Darkseid backhands her and later we see her kneeing, but as you can see she has no visible physical damage at all, she was completely unharmed, it seems that she was out of stamina/solar energy, as well as probably weakened due to Omega Beam's magical nature.

The next time we see PG is in Earth 2 World's End #25 page 11, in which fight happens off-panel, and we see the conclusion in page 16, as Darkseid stands victorious.

AS you can see most of the team is fodder, as well as that Darkseid defeated Val-Zod, way before page 16, he defeated him in page 7, so the only one who actually is impressive was PG, but DS simply finished off already weakened PG, but as you can see she still has no physical damage on her body.

Now their next fight starts in Earth 2 World's End #26, page 7

Where PG blitzes DS though it affects him, but not that much.

It continues in Earth 2 World's End, page 8, where PG uppercuts him which makes him bleed.

Then Darkseid punches PG, making her bleed as well, but not as much as DS, as in later scans, you will see that DS still has blood around his mouth, unlike PG.

As it continues you can see that the punch didn't stagger PG that much if at all, later DS fires his omega beams and PG tries to dodge, that is the last time we see PG fighting DS.

And Power Girl was matching the most powerful version of Alan (Post-Ascendance), and lost due to magic factor of Alan's abilities, while the same version of Alan one-shotted Darkseid.

To recap, All of them (PG, Alan, Val-Zod) basically are Wonder Woman level beings, Superman himself can one-shot these kind of characters.

Size altering is useless, it doesn't increase his strength and makes him a bigger target.

N52 DS doesn't have telepathy actually. Shockwaves are due to physical strength, Dimension Traversing is due to Mother Box.

I don't consider mind reading as a telepathy actually, for me telepathy is not just reading minds but taking control of it. Though i guess it is more of how we define those powers.

In simple terms, mind reading is not that really usefull, but mind control is, and H'el possess ability to not just read minds but also dominate them.

also he use the Omega Effect to cause shock waves.

Not really usefull honestly, the main power of Omega Beams is the devastating effects it can bring and it's the most usefull aspect of it.

When did Superman show he can one-shot WW level beings or deal with multiple at once?

Superman ripped N52 Doomsday in half (which counts as one-shot), the same Doomsday stomped Diana with no real effort. He can take on multiple WW level beings at once without problem if he wants to. Also i don't count Val-Zod as Wonder Woman level (or more like low-end WW level), his feats at best are mediocre, not even WW level actually, and there is a large gap between his power and Power Girl's power, who is WW level.

You see, Apokolips is moon-sized in New 52/Rebirth version of DC Universe. About being bigger than Earth it's Post-Crisis/Pre-52 version of DC. So different version of Apokolips basically.
