Hei from Darker Than Black vs Agent 47 from the Hitman series

Conditions

-47 has basic information on Hei and 1 day of prep

-Hei has no knowledge of 47 or his plans whatsoever

-47 has feats from all official games and the (terrible) movies

-Hei only has his season 1 feats

-Both are in character

-Both are limited to their standard equipment only

Location and Environment

-Fight takes place in a modern city square

-Hundreds of civilians are present going about their daily lives

-Both characters start off 150 feet from each other

-47 starts off disguised as a civilian and can see Hei in the crowd

-Hei cannot see 47 but knows he's being followed

Win Conditions

-Death of opponent

-No surrender, no retreat allowed

@darthaznable: Wow, even under these conditions? Guess I overestimated 47 :P

@heihype: Well to be fair I haven't seen the movies. Hei can dodge bullets and his coat itself is bulletproof. From the games, I haven't seen 47 prove that he can take Hei in h2h and he definitely has no answer for electicity.

Hei would win comfortably.

@darthaznable In the OP, I stated that 47 knows about Hei's basic powers and abilities. If he keeps his distance and uses the civilians as cover, I feels like he could get off a several good shots while Hei struggles to close the distance. Remember, he has to push through 150 feet of dense crowd if he even wants to get in range to throw his wire around 47.

@heihype: He knows but he has no conceivable counter. Hei will take to the building or utilize stealth other close the distance. 47 isn't the type to outright shoot civilians either unless movie 47 is no longer a professional. Hei could just take off his mask and 47 doesn't know what he looks like either unless you gave him Hei's identity too.

@darthaznable Fair points. For the sake of this battle, 47 knows Hei's face. Not that that will change much, but maybe someone will have a different opinion.

@heihype: Why just season 1? Hei doesn't do anything much more impressive in season 2 than what he does the first one.
