I've only read a few issues of Manhunter but I didn't see anything that made me think she could take on this team...

Some of her feats. She fluctuates a bit but she's definitely a match for 'em.

I can't read such tiny scans. Yeah, she does fluctuate but most of the time she seem to operate at street level. Maybe I just haven't read enough of her.
