Need I say more
Hulk isn't beating He-man.He man may prefer to use weapons but the guy is strong enough to stalemate Supes. It has already been proven many times that Superman can own Hulk. So I don't see how someone that can stalemate Superman can lose to someone that got owned by him.

He-man vs Superman:
(Note: This isn't exactly how the fight between He-man and Supes went. But it pretty much states in panel 5 that Superman's strength means nothing to him. Meaning that He-man was almost as strong as Silver Age Superman.)
He-Man and Se-ra have the power to move object frozen in time.Hordak and Orko said they simply nobody can move time.ali He-Man and She-ra can. This isproof thatHe-Manand She-rahaveunlimitedpower.

Of course, most of the actions listed above would have been tame for pre-Crisis Superman, who could juggle planets and fly through time before being de-powered in the mid-1980s. That's why one of He-Man's most impressive acts occurred in DC Comics Presents #47 (1982), when he fought Superman for a few rounds (Superman, being vulnerable to magic, was being controlled by Skeletor, of course). Superman won the fight (barely), and was eventually freed from Skeletor's control and teamed up with He-Man to save the day. Still, the fact that He-Man held his own for a few minutes against pre-Crisis Superman puts him in an elite class of superheroes.

Another episode, another bizarre plot by the bad guys and an even more bizarre resolution by the good guys. In "Jacob and the Widgets" (never mind who Jacob is), Mer-Man wants corodite, a special metal mined by the hobbit-like Widgets, to make his giant sea monster robots indestructible. Rather than just hiring a hobo to buy it from the Widgets or something, Mer-Man digs a hole beneath the sea to the Widgets' mine, causing it to flood. He-Man foils the plan, of course, but there's still the problem of the flooding mine.
He-Man observes that the moon controls the tide. And so, in the most irresponsible -- not to mention impossible -- act of environmental recklessness of all time, He-Man flies to the moon, stands on the tip of a Wind Raider, and pushes the moon away to lower the tide. He goes back to the surface, plugs the hole, then flies back to the moon and pushes it into its proper orbit. Meanwhile the entire coastal region of Eternia is no doubt destroyed by tsunamis, and millions are dead. But at least the Widgets have their mine back!

He-man , he has pushed moons which weighs 70 quintrillion metric tons, he has ran so fast you cant see him, hes spinned so fast it made him fly to stop a ship from crashing into the palace, hes killed a god before, he lifted castle grayskull and threw it to another dimension, o ya hes killed superman it in a comic ...... What has hulk done thats impressive , lifted a mountain? , wait a min heman has done that to
i think he-man has been mishandled by some people so he is made out to be insanely powerful. growing up i always thought he was equal to lets say conan the barbarian, but apparently some writers gave him the strength to move planets. so honestly i have no idea his actual power set. that being said im going to have to say a raged up hulk would eventually take down he-man
@tg_54: He/man beat Superman in new comic and Superman heat vision not harm He/man
He-Man could destroy Hulk without even touching him. He could just unleash the Power of Eternity (a.k.a the magical Power of Creation) as he did in current DC MOTU comic which used it for destroying an entire city, and game over:
Hulk has problem with Spiderman and wolworine in fight ,hulk has no FTL reflex like he/man
Hulk has slow reflex ,even Spiderman is faster than Hulk
He/man has FTL reflexes light speed react, even Wonder/woman can't react like this

@vengerprofessional: Ok...He-man is overated..and as for the other excess crap you posted..it's not true...Hulk has beat both wolvie and spidey..
1. The Hulk tagging spider-man...evn after all that movement and dodging. The end result of the fight was a tired spidey and an understanding Hulk..both missing the women in their lives.
2. Hulk vs wolverine, round 2. Hulk gets torn apart through his chest, yet in a matter of minutes, heals like it was nothing. The continuation of the fight ,led to wolvie seeing and noticing HE COULDN'T CUT THROUGH THE HULK as the ifght continued.
@jestersmiles: Yes he is. He can barely beat goddamn skelator, who is not even his equal. Yet he fights and stalemates supes...rediculous and also, Hulk is not overrated. He came before Adam and will remain...btw, if I'm not mistaken the Hulk's strength will grow..Adam's will not. Even if the skull provides him with power, it won't stop him..btw this is current Hulk aka Doc Green, who is a cerified genius, if he wanted to, he could dump Adam at the end of time and leave before he gets back...lol....other than that, no way jose can he beat the Hulk..I liek them both but, you gotta stick to the facts..
@iconrocket123: Adam strength is limitless with the power of gray skrull.. Current Hulk is feat less and unimpressive. Hulk coming before Adam has no bearing here, so why even bring it up?
He-man not beating Skeletor means nothing. Just like Skeletor not beating Adam means nothing.
Feat wise.... Do you even know Adam Feats?

Hulk will beat Prince Adam because he can not beat He/man?But If use that LOGIC He/man can beat Bruce Banner and he never kill Skeletor because he is Good person
and he has no fighting skills to beat He/man
hulk has problem with street level in marvel history and in the beginning in his creation
not to mention his magical abilites
@pastepotpete: he man has limits hulk doesnt ..best he man can hope for is speed and chopping off limbs.. Spider man is in he -mans leagues not hulk
Spiderman is in He -mans leagues????????
He-Man is characterized by his immense strength. In the intro sequence of the 1980s cartoon series he claims to be "The Most Powerful Man in the Universe". Similar wording is also used in early packaging of He-Man toys. He-Man's strength is an issue rarely tackled and seems to vary depending on the adaptation. In his first DC comics appearance he was able to trade punches with Superman. And in one episode, he even lifted AND was able to throw Castle Grayskull itself (when it was transported to another dimension), though this was the result of a temporary increase in power. Typical of most adaptations is that He-Man is often shown successfully attempting feats deemed impossible by other characters. Episodes of the original cartoon also depict him as being able to swim at a far faster rate than is humanly possible
The main weapon of He-man is his sword that is virtually indestructible and able to deflect rays magical or technological. The Power Sword can also shoot energy beams, and also absorb energy. Originally He-Man's primary weapon was an axe. The chest piece on his baldric (battle harness) is made of an Eternian mineral called Korodite that helps add to his physical strength.
Due to his costume he can rarely carry large items with him. The 1980s cartoon depicts He-Man sometimes carrying items in his chest-plate and in some cases in his belt. This has caused some irritation with fans who consider the latter cases as embarrassing to the character. The He-Man and the Masters of the Universe cartoon by Filmation also gives He-Man a number of powers many fans considered silly or over-cartoonish and which in result have not appeared in other versions. Such powers include:
There are also dubious feats specific to plot, such as an inexplicable ability to fix a broken chain by merely connecting both ends ("Evil-Lyn's Plot"), to adjust the course of one of Eternia's moons by flying a Wind Raider to it and pushing it ("Jacob and the Widgets"), and shattering/deflecting a falling moon (on a collision course with Eternia) by throwing a rock from the ground at it ("Eternal Darkness").
