Hawkeye vs Deadshot

That's funny, because he's seen there dodging bullets from several cops, yet earlier in the thread it is shown that he had to duck behind a mailbox to avoid.. guess what? Arrows fired by GA. I'd say his dodging skills are rather inconsistent then, aren't they? 
 
And if his suit augments his senses then it's just going to be that much easier for Hawkeye to defeat Deadshot with a simple supersonic arrow OR photonic arrow, or both. I know dodging a mook's bullet is not the same as dodging THE Deadshot, but I consider dodging every bullet from a gatling gun at poing blank range and then disarming the villain is quite the feat. How would Deadshot go against Hawkster's anti-gun arrow?

Because Clint is brilliant at using tactics and strategy, and though his skill for prep time hasn't been on the spotlight as much as Batman's has, both himself and other Avengers have stated that he has an arrow specifically built for all of them. Now, realistically speaking, an archer's nemesis or at the very least, thorn on his side would be gunmen right? If Hawkeye has the wisdom to prepare an arrow for Norse Gods and Advanced synthetizoids, do you really think he doesn't have something specifically designed against gun-using enemies? Hawkeye has been shot at enough times, both by goons who rely on firepower, and precision marksmen such as Crossfire, or whatever his name was. He can immediately tell if he's facing a bum with a gun or consumate marksman. Deadshot being who he is, I figure he would shoot Clint's first arrows out of the air, rather than run for cover or dodge them. That would be all that Hawkeye needs to figure out his opponent is top notch. He can then use supersonic and/or photonic arrows to stun and disorient Deadshot (this can be an indirect shot, could even be done from cover), and use a blast and/or electric arrow afterwards to knock him unconscious, or just use the aforementioned gun-disabling arrow to disarm Deadshot.

Deadshot is already a certified bullet timer, he can probably shoot most of Clint's projectiles out of the air.  He wins IMO. 

Deadshot uses one eye, Hawkeye uses two. 

@Erik: I'll see your statement, and raise you a "Clint uses one bow, Floyd uses two guns."

Deadshot never misses, it is his M.O. the only time he ever missed when he was actually trying to hit his target is when Batman kicked him in the face mid-shot, and he still hit his target in the chest, just not a kill shot. Deadshot's accuracy cannot be surpassed. So it boils down to pure speed, who can attak first. Deadshot's wrist mounted machine guns allow him to empty an entire clip into Hawkeye's skull before he can even draw an arrow. Deadshot wins here.

Hawkeye. He has trick arrows, he never misses, and, in case everyone forgot, he has a multi-arrow. Not to mention: GUNS RUN OUT OF AMMO! Hawkeye is known to pick up random objects to use as weapons. Besides, as soon as Deadshot runs out, Clint's superior hand to hand skills win him the day.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't Hawkeye able to shoot and hit his mark without looking (while it was moving)...that being said he could hit him with and explosive arrow from around a corner (knocking him on his ass), then send an arrow through Deadshots chin before he gets up.

Hawkeye is the worst avenger ever!!! He is just some dopey ass guy with a bow who shoots arrows. Deadshot can just cap hawkeye until he doesn't have a head anymore. If deadshot gets close enough, he can just brake the bow. BTW nobody will ever make a crappy spinoff of 'HAWKEYE'.

@minitrooper: dude the laughs I get from you. Hawkeye is one of the best archers in comics and can go h2h with cap. Hawkeye actually has some really good storylines, but I am sure you have never actually read them.

Deadshot. Gun > Bow, sorry that's just true. Faster, deadlier, more precise. No matter how you look at it, even trick arrows doesn't make much difference.

I think Hawkeye would win but I am not a comic book reader since I can't buy any where I live so don't take my word for it.
