Black Canary win because of the Sonic Scream..unless he can shoot her first.I mean he shot Wanda so I don't think he'd hesitate to shoot someone he doesn't know.
Well Wanda did kill him that one time, so you can understand why he wouldn't have a problem shooting at her. ;-)
