Batman's utility belt doesn't just hold up his pants. So he's got Hawkeye and his arrows matched up there; so in a hand to hand fight: That match is done. Bats got it every time.

Batman would take Hawkweye down. Batman should have the hand to hand combat advantage and he has the gadgets to take Hawkeye out.

I think Batman takes it, but not as easily as everybody's making it sound. Hawkeye can put up a hell of a fight hand to hand, he's been trained by Cap (which I hate as an argument), and he's been running around playing ninja for the past, what couple years now? And he's doing a pretty good job of it. Batman will get him, but Hawkeye will certainly put up a fight.

Batman has been written to dodge bullets before. Not once, but numerous times. What make arrows any different? If arrows are being fired from several hundred meters away, doesn't that give Batman, enough time and space to dodge it? I'm sure it does. And, if Batman has dodged bullets before, why can't he dodge arrows? Arrows are slower than bullets. Spider-Man is on a whole different level when it comes to equilibrium, so he has nothing to do with this.

Even if he was trained by Cap, I don't think it will be enough against Batman's fighting skills. Clint isn't even considered a top martial artist. He may have been trained to fight by one of the best, but he wasn't trained to be just as good, IMO. And, his identity as Ronin is irrelevant to this. It's the original Hawkeye.

Ah. I apologize for my presumption. (^_^). But I believe this fight would last all of 60 seconds. Batman would . . .very easily. . . take him and Green Arrow out at the same time.
