Good fight, assuming Hashirama can avoid being instantly transmuted into a mouse. Irene should win though, she has transmutative abilities on an island level scale, she could probably transform most of Hashirama's constructs.

Again really bad match up, similar to Madara. Enchantment don’t work if he can still using jutsu, therefore transformation jutsu will do. Secondly Hashirama with plenty of firepower compared to Irene none. It would have been a contest if Hashirama was on base form, it will be pretty one sided if he decide to go Sage Mode.
