The MCU God Tiers (IG Thanos, Dormammu or What If god tiers) can beat anyone in HST

The MCU high tiers (IW Thor, Wanda, Surtur, Hela) can hang with what you might consider mid tier or mid to high tier in HST

Everyone lower than this gets stomped by the higher tiers of HST

So yeah, MCU reached and even surpassed top HST levels long ago, but only a few characters, most of them are in the lower tiers

It's surpassed it ever since Vultron. Arguably Dormammu and IG Thanos aswell but they lacked feats.

If we're talking about raw stats, then yes and even surpassed it. Dormammu has if we take statements into play. What If Characters such as Ultron and The Watcher definitely have. IG Thanos kind of, although in a straight up fight he gets blitzed into oblivion.

If What if is included they surpassed it, with out What If they haven't even matched it with out the Infinity Stones.

So I won't talk about some hypothetical scenario where someone like Luffy would just let Thanos snap and kill him. Thanos would be powerful enough if he was actually capable of doing the snap. But he isn't

Depends on what scale you mean. They've already surpassed the HST with their cosmic beings. The Earth-bound heroes are still not up to par with guys like Ichigo or Naruto though.

You're comparing these characters to the HST and the strongest people in the HST are Yhwach, Otsutsuki God who cap at Uni - Uni+

You'd be hard pressed to find planet busters in HST, while the MCU has a shit ton of them and above.

Neither are universal+ in power, just in range. At the very most, Dark Sorcerer Strange is but he's from What If and I was referring to the main timeline.
