Neutral universe, both have their entire powers. Hulk is the most powerful version he has (which if i´m not wrong is World breaker ifwe don´t take into account Maestro).

umm isn't she a high level reality warper? her powers depends on how she feels and she isn't even aware she have powers. for example, if she feels she's in danger, she could just make Hulk powerless unconsciously somehow or just completely obliterate him.

Well, i'm sure she can get one good look at Hulk b4 she gets blitzed and activate her powers but i guess it depends on the distance. Either way, i don't rly care, she isn't even a fighter >.>

The only problem with Haruhi is that while she can warp reality at a very high level, not only does she not know how to use her powers consciously but she doesn't even know she has powers. Hulk one shots her before she has time to do anything.

If Haruhi doesn't believe that someone with Hulk's powers exists, then Hulk has no powers. Because they don't exist. If Haruhi is consciously aware of her powers, then Hulk doesn't exist anymore either. It's not just reality warping. She is effectively God.

Although on that matter, I had always personally believed Kyon was really God and didn't know it and Haruhi was just the trigger for things happening as opposed to the actual cause. It's even possible Kyon doesn't actually exist and is the Rational and Responsible part of Haruhi's being that keeps things from getting too out of control. That's what I believe anyway. I mean, we don't even know Kyon's real name. He is only ever referred to by his Nickname. By everyone, including his little sister and grandmother.

@theorder14: Haruhi is a normal human with normal reaction time and normal speed, and normal everything else that being a normal human entails. The strongest Hulk throws a punch and the shockwave obliterates Haruhi.

Except she's actually God, and anything she believes become reals and what she doesn't believe doesn't exist. When she's upset she creates Pocket Dimensions and unleashes giant energy beings to destroy everything in them to vent her frustrations.

Wouldn't matter how fast or strong Hulk is supposed to be if Haruhi doesn't believe such a thing exists, then Hulk has no powers or strength at all.

For someone who read the light novels, seems like she is aware of her powers, she divided and then fused two universes in the last novel to counter a plan to hurt her, and even displayed the ability to summon the giant energy titans when she and Kyon were in risk of dying, so her conscious self may not be aware of her powers, but her divine sub conscious self is aware and can even take the form of a girl called Yasumi Watahashi... So if Hulk even tries to hurt her, she can warp at universe scale to avoid it.
