For your information, Beyonder stomps Oblivion, who was stomping Hajun, who I recall was stomping Demonbane in a thread, and Demonbane stomps verses that stomp BlazBlue. This tells you how fucked Hakumen is.

Irrelevant, that's what his feats are. Even taking the Astrals into consideration, and some vague scaling. Hakumen caps at planet and Massively Hypersonic to FTL.

Edit: All the characters I mentioned in the above post solo BlazBlue without much effort and they all get stomped by Beyonder.
