The Hagoromo who did that didn't even have the Juubi absorbed- Prime Hago is his own power (which would have already been comparable to EoS Naruto) plus a Juubi boost.
Naruto would still have the edge in h2h but that's it. I think with Hago's experience and range of abilities, he should take it.
Depends on the version of Hagoromo. If it's current Hagoromo then he wins unless Naruto can absorb chakra, which I think he can, but I'm not sure due to Hagoromo having Izanagi. I would say Current Hag wins or tie due to him being a statue and not having enough AP to hurt that Naruto.

By portrayal in boruto Ten tails alone can solo a planet, Code already stated Divine Tree will kill everyone on the planet including Naruto and Sasuke and the only way to escape It is with S/T Jutsu leaving the dimension.

Kinshiki is below momoshiki not because of rank but because of presented showcases like momoshiki was able to move in the shadow possession somewhat whereas kinshiki was rendered entirely immobile

All this is pretty much you exaggerating. How is Jigen or Isshiki shrinking Chakra fists...when he was unable to Shrink Naruto's Chakra fist when it would have proven beneficial for him?
He has to focuse his eyes on whatever he wishes to shrink while he is doing that Kaguya can easily just Ash bone him from behind by opening a portal while he occupied shrinking what ever you're implying he is shrinking.

They were both fighting with powers given to them by Hagoromo and originally belongs to him so they can’t be stronger or equal to him individually at this point. Some of these powers were lost to them as well, like the seals, the other tailed beasts inside Naruto, TSB etc.
