Hammerless Thor struggled against a SHIELD agent who was just barely above fodder-level. Aquaman would take this.
That's not just him without a hammer. He was depowered by Odin and changed into a human.
Thor without a hammer was still slugging it out with the Hulk and put a dent in Iron Man's Mark 6 armor with just a headbutt which is one of his Tony's best suits durability wise.
Hammerless Thor is not the same as unworthy Thor. Unworthy Thor had peak human physicals. Hammerless Thor still has all of his superhuman physicals, and can take on the Hulk in hand to hand combat. There is no real distinction between hammerless Thor from "The Avengers" and hammerless Thor from "Thor: Ragnarok", except maybe Ragnarok-Thor is slightly more skilled having had the experience of fighting more top-tiers like Hulk, Kurse, and Malekith. His physicals would have largely remained the same.
Thor because of being stronger and more durable but I think Arthur can also win this because of better speed when fighting and overall better choreography along with a trident that can one shot him.
But because its unarmed Thor wins no doubt because Arthur can't hurt him.
