Explain, Guyver has never shown the level of agility spiderman has. Plus i don't think guyver is 10 ton level strength. Only thing i see is the mega smasher might be a problem, and maybe those blades. Spider man shouldn't have any problem avoiding those.

Fully Equipped Guyver has various weapons and blast attacks actually...
Incomplete Zoanoid lifted a fuel-truck and tossed it. A Greggor is stronger than that, and 1st episode, Guyver slaughtered the Greggor. Broke both his arms in a contest of strength before snapping his neck. The basic increase of strength the Guyver gives is 100x that persons strength. Sho is a normal human, maybe bench 100lbs or so. So 100x100. 10,000lbs he can bench at least. So class 5 strength as a basic increase and not his limit.

So spidey is twice as strong as guyver. What can the guyver do about spidey's superior speed? Spider went defeated the juggernaut (albet not directly), don't think guyver can touch juggernaut. How well does the suit use the environment to defeat foe, spidey does it all the time. Guyver doesn't exactly think and use the environment when fighting, so spidey has that advantage as well. Spidey went against lots of foe stronger than guyver and won, he went toe toe with thanos at one point (don't ask me for a scan lol), he didn't win, but thanos couldn't touch him. When spidey is in the zone, he's basically almost untouchable.
So with that said, i think he has a real chance of winning here. With superior speed, replexes, and strenght. I give guyver the firepower do....and that blade might turn spidey into mince meat if it hit him.

It's basic speed increase puts it above bullet-time and gives incredible agility, regeneration, and a host of weapons. The vibro-blades alone would cut clealy through Peter with no resistance. Assuming he doesn't use the head laser to tear into him or use the Gravity Cannon or Mega-Smasher. With gravity control the Guyver can fly too.
The Guyver has a sonic attack as well, and this isn't counting Neo-Guyver (aka Gigantic Guyver) which has more abilities and is 20x's more powerful than the standard Guyver.

Above bullet-time. He could block and deflect bullets in his earliest stages. He takes out missiles as well and has a multi-sensory array. He can pretty much see everything around him 360 degrees. He has avoided sonic attacks as well, so he's above sound speed. I have the entire animated TV series, but the Manga extends further and goes into more detail about the Neo-Guyver. Sho eventually takes down the head Zoalord who was powerful enough to escape the event horizon of a quasi-black hole.
Just a few basic feats from the original OVA. Mind you all Guyver users have the exact same abilities and powers. The users potential for deadliness is limited only by his own knowledge of the Guyver bio-booster armor and fighting prowess.
This is seen clearly by Lisker/Guyver 2 in his battle with Guyver 1; as he proves himself too much to handle due to his own fighting skills which the Guyver unit has amplified. His only limitation was the fact that his control medal was previously damaged; and he was still a major threat.
