First of all, even if you establish that they are both fighting to death, Keiji would never kill a human, which is part of his character. He didn't retaliate when Xi Chun-Li was turning him into a blob with her Fajin, so by default, just by playing defensive, Keiji would lose, because Guts would end up hitting him. However, if we hypothesize that he really went for the kill, I would give the win to Keiji in the first round. My reasons: Keiji has the speed to respond (mantis peacock shrimp's eyes) and the power, while Guts has the power, but lacks the speed, and if Keiji hits, is a one-shot. However, in the second round, I feel like Guts could take a blow with the berserker armor and counter. Keiji has good defenses, but a clear cut by half can't be regenerated even when being a crustacean type, and we all know Guts, with his sword, can cut clean armor. In my opinion, Keiji not having the weights doesn't really changa much, because the speed he wins is also mass that he has lost, so the force he can generate doesn't grow exponentially, and the capabilities and beneffits of the berserker armour are far superior.
