He's killed Midir (who's this size) as well as characters like Gael who had absorbed the souls of what we assume to be all creatures in the world. In addition to that, he defeated the Soul of Cinder who's a combination of everyone that ever linked the First Flame (so hundreds or potentially even thousands of warriors that defined entire eras all on their own). You can move to avoid the Nameless King's natural lightning after it's fired, so the Ashen One is presumably rather fast as well.
