I don't know much about Gustavo Fring, but given that Moriarty has thousands of connections and general knowledge about criminal underworld, Moriarty could hire world's top assasins to quietly take care of Gustavo without him even knowing. Moriarty wins.

@johnnyeli: Gustavo is a drug dealer with connections who was foiled by a flunkie junkie and a 51 year old chemist. Moriarty is a criminal mastermind who nearly brought a whole nation to it's knees and was barely foiled by the worlds greatest detective and an ex-military man.

I think you need to reevaluate this.

Moriarty in a stomp. A much stronger network, far higher achievements, vastly superior intellect and his opponent was in a different league.
