Groudon (Pokemon) vs Deoxys (Pokemon)

Rules

• Anime versions alone no game or manga feats
• Setting, Hoenn Region
• Groudon can use it's primal form
• Groudon tries killing deoxys as he would be a invading lifeform so the same reason rayquaza had in destiny deoxys
• deoxys also has his army of clones at the ready

Pretty tough one, but I'm siding with Deoxys via him being able to 1v1 Mega Ray and of course, regen
