I don't know enough about Grifter to make an argument for him, so I'll say Creed.

The problem with this fight is Grifter can shoot Sabretooth to pieces like Deadpool did in Cable and Deadpool but he'll eventually run out of bullets.
 
Grifter without TK doesn't have any way of permanently putting Creed down. Creed would eventually win unless he was BFR'd somehow.

I dont think Grifter can cause any permanent damage to him with weapons at his disposal, he could try go for the knockout in the h2h department, he is pretty good there but Sabe is no slouch either....i say Sabe 8/10..
