This is a good one. However, unless Snake Eyes is carrying an EMP device or Thermal Goggles, he's at a disadvantage because Gray Fox has invisibility/stealth camouflage built into his suit. If not, he'd have to rely on his ears whenever Grey Fox activates his invisibility...

I think Gray Fox wins here unless Snake Eyes come very heavily equipped... but this is a good fight though
